Visa Requirements / Invitation letter
Please check the list of countries that have a visa exemption agreement with Japan. If your country is on the list, you usually do not need to apply for a visa to enter Japan. If your country is NOT included in the list, you need to obtain a visa at a Japanese embassy in your country. Please read the Japanese visa guidelines provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of JAPAN.
To apply for a visa, you will need to prepare and bring the required documents to a Japanese embassy. We strongly suggest that you start the process as soon as possible in case of unpredictable incidents that may delay the issuance of a visa.
International Participants who need an invitation letter, please request in the registration system.
*Please note that we can only provide an invitation letter for those who have completed the registration and payment.
*Please kindly note that the organizing committee cannot guarantee the approval of your visa applications.
Additional details regarding payment methods, cancellation policies, and visa requirements, are shared in the registration system.
